For businesses the 9th district is part of Paris central district . A few years ago numerous banks and Insurance companies had their headquarters here (BNP Paribas, Generali, AGF,Gan, AXA or Crédit Lyonnais now known as LCL). It is still the Departments stores district with Galeries Lafayette and Printemps which are hundred of meters long in several buildings plus several smaller shops as C&A or Bouchara. On the fronts of the departments stores, dozens of cloths and accessories sellers will call you.
The 9th district could be divide in four parts. First of all the department stores place, second the Europe Circle part with all the surroundings streets named after large European cities , Bern, Londres, Milan, Rome, Moscou Vienne and so on .
